Zusammenfassung

First Meridian Services seeks a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day management and strategic direction for multiple airport restaurant and retail locations. You will optimize staffing, inventory, and processes, driving profitability and brand consistency.

Responsibilities include budget management, staff development, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and leadership of GMs across the division.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of restaurant experience.
• 5+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• ServSafe certification required within 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with MS Office, restaurant POS systems, and scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Mentor all General Managers in the division through regular meetings and discussions.
• Develop written development plans for all GMs and their managers.
• Participate in interviews and own hiring for all GMs.
• Oversee training for all new managers and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain regular presence in locations to improve employee and guest experience.
• Ensure monthly inventories are completed at all locations.
• Review payroll bi-weekly and adjust labor with GMs.
• Review P&Ls with GMs monthly and quarterly, supporting financial reviews.
• Lead new location openings and brand relationship management.
