• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of front-of-house supplies such as menus, utensils, and cleaning materials.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
