Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client.
• Works with the Chef and management team to create menus.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary team.
