Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a District Manager for Capital One Lounges to oversee operations across multiple U.S. airport lounges. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and consistent service standards.

The role requires developing high‑performing leaders, driving financial performance, culinary and service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships. Travel about 60% and residency near major airports is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑unit hospitality, food & beverage, premium dining, airport lounges, or related environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor, cost controls, and P&L management.
• Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly visible, fast‑paced environment.
• Must reside near IAD, DCA, JFK, or LGA.
• Must travel approximately 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple Capital One Lounge locations, ensuring consistent service, operations, and guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic partner.
• Drive hospitality, culinary quality, guest satisfaction, safety, employee engagement, and financial performance.
• Own district P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and profitability.
• Evaluate performance and implement strategies to improve operational and financial results.
• Develop leadership talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence through site visits, team engagement, and client meetings.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company, airport, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
