Job summary

Flik Hospitality, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the Capital One Lounge at JFK Airport. You will drive day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure service, culinary quality, and guest satisfaction align with client standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in food service/hospitality management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a passion for premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service, hospitality, restaurant, or related management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, food safety, quality standards, presentation and guest experience.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing labor, expenses, budgets, inventory and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Capital One Lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to budgets.
• Support premium food, beverage and hospitality experiences while maintaining high standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members to foster engagement and service excellence.
• Provide hands‑on leadership across food and beverage, guest services, staffing, inventory, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership and airport stakeholders to support lounge operations and improvement.
