The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with hospitality expertise, capable of developing leaders, managing budgets, and fostering strong client relationships while traveling approximately 60% of the time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR five years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit hospitality, food & beverage, premium dining, airport lounges, or related environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor, cost controls, and P&L management.
• Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly visible, fast‑paced environment.
• Must reside near IAD, DCA, JFK, or LGA.
• Must be willing to travel approximately 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple Capital One Lounge locations, ensuring consistent service, operations, and guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic partner.
• Drive hospitality, culinary quality, guest satisfaction, safety, employee engagement, and financial performance.
• Own district P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and profitability.
• Evaluate performance and implement strategies to improve operational and financial results.
• Develop leadership talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence through site visits, team engagement, and client meetings.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company, airport, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
