Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a capable Airport Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of agents at Cedar Rapids (CID) on multiple shifts. The role covers arrivals, check-in, ticketing, boarding, baggage, and passenger inquiries while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The position is full-time with a base pay rate of $20.15 per hour, plus incentives and benefits including weekly pay for hourly staff, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Leading a team of agents to provide passenger assistance and resolve issues.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers during arrival, check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Operate ticketing/check-in systems and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through customs/immigration/quarantine as needed.
