Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrivals and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in duties using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and unloading.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents or hazards promptly.
