• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties for arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and related queries.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support for special needs (unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair assistance).
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in, including boarding and baggage service; resolve related issues.
