Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Arkansas is hiring an Airport Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team at XNA, oversee arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage services, and ensure a positive passenger experience.

You will coordinate with colleagues and airport partners, assist passengers including those with special needs, and uphold safety and service standards in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Experience in aviation or ground handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service agents for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding.
• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, and special needs such as unaccompanied minors or wheelchair assistance.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems, manage baggage and reservations, and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through customs and immigration and coordinate with ramp agents for accessibility.
• Uphold safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment policies; report hazards promptly.
