Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency typing and ability to use a laptop keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers at the price tag counter, luggage office, and gate area.
• Provide hospitality, multitask, and work in a safe dynamic environment.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, and boarding operations using a computerized point-of-sale device.
• Process cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons; compute prices and balance daily transactions.
• Address customer complaints regarding oversales, cancellations, lost or damaged luggage, and resolve within established guidelines.
• Provide travel information, reservations, departure/arrival statistics; answer phone and web inquiries.
• Complete forms and reports, and write irregularity and grievance reports as required.
• Assist in other processes as directed by leadership.
