The role includes guiding passengers, supervising ramp activities, and upholding safety standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, being 18+, and the ability to obtain required credentials for airport/state requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage, and related queries or complaints.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems, manage reservations and seating.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked items as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance per Unifi policies and laws.
