Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC, based in Gainesville, FL, is hiring for a Passenger Service Agent to assist passengers from arrival through check-in and boarding. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role includes flight privileges after 30 days and weekly pay for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
