Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent for full-time shifts to assist passengers from arrival through check-in and boarding. No experience is required, with paid training provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. The role requires 18+, ability to obtain credentials, and physical tasks in a busy airport environment.

Hourly pay starts at $16.00 with rotating A.M. and P.M. shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and complaints.
• Assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors and wheelchair assistance.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchair and baggage loading and unloading.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents per policy.
