Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a part-time Airport Customer Service Agent at RDU to welcome passengers and manage check-in, ticketing and boarding. Paid training is provided; no prior experience required.

The role involves assisting passengers, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth processing with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Shifts include morning hours across seven days; the company offers weekly pay, paid time off, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in process, including special needs support.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and related queries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs and gate-checked items for loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs through all airport areas and follow safety procedures.
