Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and assist during arrival and check-in, including support for unaccompanied minors and wheelchair assistance.
• Process ticketing and check-in, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities.
• Complete work safely according to company standards and report hazards.
