Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent for ALB to welcome passengers and handle check-in, ticketing, and boarding support. The role emphasizes friendly service, safety, and efficient problem solving.

The position is part-time with day shifts (A.M. and P.M.), non-exempt, with paid training and benefits including time off and medical coverage for eligible staff. No prior experience required, training provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including special needs.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage and reservations via a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs and gate-checked bags.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report incidents.
