Job summary

Unifi is seeking individuals for Airport Customer Service Agent roles at Albany. No prior experience required; paid training provided. Responsibilities include assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, with opportunities for flight privileges and benefits.

Employees receive weekly pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and exclusive discounts. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts on rotating days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers during arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via a computerized system and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors and wheelchairs.
