Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
• Provide reservations support and resolve related complaints and problems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to load wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items for departure and arrival.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents or hazards.
