Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a part-time Parking Supervisor to oversee evening operations at our Linthicum Heights facility near BWI. You will lead a team of attendants, ensure safe traffic flow, handle guest questions, and uphold safety and security standards while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in parking or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and make quick decisions.
• Experience handling cash/transactions and basic data entry/reporting.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and motivate attendants and frontline team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally.
• Monitor traffic flow, parking capacity, and operations to maximize efficiency.

Position Summary

As a Parking Supervisor, you will oversee evening operations at our parking facility, ensuring efficient traffic flow, maintaining safety and security standards, and leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands‑on leadership role requires strong communication skills, operational awareness, and a passion for customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily parking operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
• Lead, coach, and motivate parking attendants and frontline team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor facility operations, traffic flow, and parking capacity to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce company policies and parking regulations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Assist with shuttle operations and coordinate transportation services as needed.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and maintain proper accountability procedures.
• Complete operational reports, incident documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.
• Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Serve as the on‑duty leader, responding effectively to guest, employee, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
