Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Customer Service to passengers throughout the airport journey
• Assist with check-in and baggage at the lobby
• Support boarding at the gate and answer passenger questions
• Help with baggage claim and handling irregularities
• Assist passengers with disabilities including wheelchair pushback and transfers
• Operate boarding ramps, jetbridges, and air stairs where applicable
• Perform other duties to ensure safe, on-time departures
