Job summary

Avelo Airlines, Inc. is seeking an Airport Crewmember in the United States (Texas region) to deliver exceptional customer service and support ramp operations for on-time departures.

The role involves assisting customers through the airport journey, checking-in passengers, boarding, baggage handling, and aiding those with disabilities. You must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, variable environment.
• Comfort with lifting up to 70 pounds and assisting passengers.
• Valid US driver’s license and FBI background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience by assisting customers through the airport journey.
• Check-in customers and baggage in the lobby and at gates.
• Assist with boarding, answer questions, and handle baggage irregularities at the baggage claim.
• Support customers with disabilities, including wheelchairs and transfers when needed.
• Operate boarding ramps, jetbridges, and air stairs where equipped.
• Perform other duties to ensure safe, on-time departures.
