National Car Rental at Miami International Airport is seeking an Exit Booth Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process. The role requires 40 hours per week with a fixed schedule and open availability including weekends and holidays.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include handling rental documents, verifying vehicle information, offering refueling options, maintaining booth appearance, stocking supplies, and assisting customers with directions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer refueling option to Emerald Aisle members.
• Maintain booth appearance and stock supplies.
• Greet customers and thank them at end of transactions.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve issues.
