National Car Rental at Norfolk International Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service and drive rental transactions. You will verify driver information and guide customers through the rental process to ensure a smooth experience at ORF.

The role offers $16.38 per hour with monthly incentive pay opportunities, and schedule Thursday–Saturday evenings, reflecting airport operations and customer demand.

Qualifications

18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with limited driving violations.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Explain rental terms and vehicle features to customers and present optional products.
Assist customers with directions and local area information when needed.
Handle reservations, rate quotes, questions, and callbacks via phone.
Assess rental return condition and communicate any vehicle issues to management.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; participate in training and development.
