Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the airport or at the ticket area.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks and baggage processing.
• Verify travel documents for international travelers where required.
• Assist with checked baggage processing and weight verification.
• Provide airport information and directions to customers.
• Adhere to DOT, FAA, TSA regulations and company policies.
• Operate kiosk systems and coordinate with IT for issues.
• Perform duties including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
