Job summary

Bags, a Metropolis company, seeks a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent for our Buffalo airport location. Check in passengers, tag bags, issue boarding passes, and share flight information while working outdoors on early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Must have guest service experience, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training includes TSA safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data entry and computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in luggage at curbside.
• Assist guest with check-in, verify flight itinerary and bag counts.
• Input guest information for new enrollees in the process.
• Process check-in, charge for bags and weigh overweight bags.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage tags and flight information to guests.
