SP Plus Corporation, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at the Buffalo airport. You will check in passengers, handle luggage, issue boarding passes, and share flight information while working outdoors at curbside. Weekend and holiday availability and very early shifts are required.

The role emphasizes high customer service and safety compliance. Gas/heavy luggage handling, TSA-related procedures, and accurate payment processing are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at curbside and assist with check-in of luggage.
• Verify flight itinerary and number of bags being checked.
• Input guest information for those not previously enrolled.
• Process check-in and charge for bags per airline requirements.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight baggage.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts as needed.
• Secure luggage after processing and maintain desk organization.
• Maintain professional, friendly manners and assist with inquiries.
