Job summary

Bags, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge – Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests at a busy airport curb. You will check in passengers, tag luggage, issue boarding passes, and handle payments while delivering high levels of service in all weather.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, ability to lift luggage, and completion of airline compliance training. Early morning shifts and outdoor work are expected, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and friendly customer

Qualifications

Must be able to work in the early morning rotation.
At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly at the curb and assist with luggage check-in.
Assist guests with check-in of luggage and verify flight itinerary and bag counts.
Input guest information for new enrollees in the process.
Process check-in and handle payments for bags as required.
Weigh and tag luggage, issue boarding passes and receipts.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
