Responsibilities

• Maintain proper rotation and dating of prepped foods and store areas.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by supervision.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and brand standards are followed at all times.
• Train new cooks and assist other restaurant staff as needed.
