Job summary

Surf Air Mobility in Kailua, Hawaii seeks an Airport Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, check in, manage baggage, and handle reservations. You will assist with passenger loading/unloading and coordinate with flight crews at our airport stations.

Responsibilities include enforcing FAA and airport policies, creating and modifying reservations, processing payments, and guiding aircraft on the ramp. Requires strong communication, 18+ and ability to work a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Professional in appearance and manner.
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate the terms of the company’s Contract of Carriage.
• Able to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in passengers; assisting with baggage and seating.
• Create and modify reservations; process credit card payments.
• Direct aircraft parking and ramp operations; assist with loading/unloading.
• Provide passenger information on arrival/departure times and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline and airport policies.
