Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent to serve as the frontline in our airport stations. You will greet passengers, check them in, process reservations, and assist with loading and unloading, ensuring smooth operations on the ramp.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in passengers; handling luggage.
• Booking/re-booking flights and processing payments.
• Assisting with passenger loading/unloading and ramp coordination.
• Ensuring FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed.
• Creating/modifying reservations and communicating with passengers.
