Surf Air Mobility, a low-emission aviation pioneer, is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent to be the primary in-airport representative. You will greet passengers, check in customers, manage luggage, and assist with loading/unloading as well as reservations and boarding processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Professional in appearance and manner.
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate the terms of the company's Contract of Carriage.
• May be required to drive a company vehicle.
• Able to interact effectively with passengers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to maintain composure and diffuse stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and checking in passengers and handling luggage.
• Booking/re-booking flights and assisting with passenger load/unload.
• Ensure FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed.
• Create/modify reservations and check-in passengers.
• Provide information on times, procedures, carry-on regulations and seating.
