Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking a Customer Service Agent to act as the primary face of our airport stations. Responsibilities include greeting passengers, checking in, handling luggage, and assisting with bookings and loading/unloading.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Training will cover reservation systems, carriage terms, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Professional in appearance and manner.
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate the terms of the company’s Contract of Carriage.
• Courteous in all interactions.
• May be required to drive a company vehicle.
• Able to interact effectively with passengers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in passengers and assisting with baggage handling.
• Create and modify reservations.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures and seating.
• Process credit card payments.
• Direct aircraft parking and ramp operations.
• Maintain work area and equipment in proper order.
• Show great customer service attitude and initiative.
