American Airlines in Cleveland is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure airport stations meet Local, Federal, and Corporate mandates. You will maintain records, report discrepancies to leadership, and collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal experts to keep operations compliant.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, leadership coaching experience, and flexibility to work varying shifts. Preferred Bachelor's degree and customer service experience.

• Leadership with practical coaching experience.
• Ability to work varying hours and shifts to meet business requirements and workload demand.

Responsabilités

• Ensure stations meet Local, Federal, and Corporate mandates and directives.
• Maintain detailed records and present discrepancies to leadership or HQ as needed.
• Investigate irregularities and interface with regulatory agencies and internal experts.
• Oversee Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Oversee hazardous waste storage and handling procedures.
• Comply with FAA, TSA, DOT, and FDA regulations.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety, Security, and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee compliance for above/below the wing operations.
• Review Internal Control standards to safeguard assets and maintain financial health.
• Conduct effective compliance reviews and identify areas of concern.
