Job summary

gategroup is seeking a motivated supervisor to oversee dish room, EPA, pre-load, liquor/beverage, and transportation operations. You will lead 30+ hourly employees, ensure quality production, and maintain airline-spec policies and HACCP compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume settings, with strong leadership and safety focus. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing, food production, and catering environment.
• Leads and directs 30+ hourly employees.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dish room, liquor/beverage, EPA and transportation areas.
• Ensure quality production standards for all accounts.
• Maintain policies and procedures and airline customer specifications.
• Prepare management reports (attendance, HAACCP, labor).
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cost controls and unit performance.
