Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services to customers.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, or additional equipment when appropriate.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Assist with return inspections and vehicle condition reporting.
• Support management with training and development opportunities.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
