Enterprise Mobility’s Sioux Falls Airport location is hiring a Full Time Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service, explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections.

You will handle reservations, rate quotes, and questions, greet customers, and help with returns while maintaining punctuality and attendance. The position offers PTO, health, retirement, life, dental, vision, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide timely service.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Notify management of vehicle or customer issues.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
