Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, seeks a Customer Experience Representative in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on friendly, efficient customer service and handling rental transactions at the airport location.

The position starts at $17 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health, life, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Schedule: Thu–Mon, 3:00pm–1:00am. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available add-ons.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Process rentals efficiently and document driver information for a smooth transaction.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality as a regular employment expectation.
