Actalent in Queens, NY seeks a Capital Project Manager to oversee capital and operating projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring on-schedule and within-budget delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing project scope, engaging stakeholders, managing outside agencies and contracts, and preparing documentation for committee authorizations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Five+ years of project management experience on airport capital/operating projects.
• Experience with design, construction, and procurement of construction contracts.
• Understanding of project development, implementation and management processes.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned capital and operating projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery and budget.
• Review project scope and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee outside agencies and execution of required agreements.
• Prepare documentation for Capital Project Oversight Committee and Board authorizations.
