Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead day-to-day activities across multiple aviation capital projects. You will serve as the primary contact for airport leadership and guide governance, strategy, and procurement with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor an Executive Program Management team and ensure operations align with live airport constraints while coordinating with designers, contractors, and client staff to deliver complex programs from strategy through handover.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in program management or owner's representation on major aviation capital programs or similar large-scale programs.
• Expert-level familiarity with multiple delivery methods and management of multi-project redevelopment programs.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with client and stakeholders under aviation leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Aviation Management, or extensive equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program management across multiple concurrent capital projects; primary contact for Airport leadership.
• Provide executive advisory on program formulation, strategy, delivery approach, procurement, and risk analysis.
• Advise on procurement strategy and risk allocation across Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and CM at Risk.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Executive Program Management team.
• Ensure capital projects respect live airport operational constraints.
• Oversee program risk register, cost management, and change protocols.
• Coordinate with client staff, designers, contractors, and consultants to complete the program.
• Provide leadership to the overall program team to identify interfaces and mitigate risks.
