Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in New York, NY seeks an experienced Aviation Project Manager to lead multiple projects as an Owner's Representative. You will split time between on-site and office/remote work, coordinating with clients, contractors, and design teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in aviation or hospitality project management, with PMP/CCM preferred. Travel to JFK/LGA is required, and knowledge of project-management programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Split time between on site and office/remote.
• Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
• Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
• Review project schedule and budgets; analyze change orders for entitlement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage assistant project managers.
• Manage project files and internal reporting programs.
