Avolta is hiring a Shift Manager at Tulsa International Airport to support leadership in launching and operating our new Starbucks location. You will ensure guest experiences are exceptional, staff readiness, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and safety standards.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $20.88–$23.20 with quarterly bonuses. Key duties include supervising associates, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with labor and health regulations while driving customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service or customer service experience.
• 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant, QSR, or production kitchen.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to maintain operational standards.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards (HACCP).
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs, and closes procedures/checklists per policies and procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates at the location.
• Keeps display areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing during shifts.
• Monitors equipment and reports maintenance needs to management.
• Participates in scheduling and interviewing processes to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Ensures meal and rest breaks comply with labor regulations.
• Manages cash register operations and adheres to cash handling policies.
• Maintains cash security and processes invoices and orders; monitors inventory.
