Job summary

OTG Management is partnering with Starbucks to operate at the EWR airport. We’re seeking a Starbucks Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced travel hospitality environment.

The role requires management experience in retail or service, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work full time, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Minimum High School or GED.
• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
• Ability to work full time (over 40 hours weekly), including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a multi-million-dollar Starbucks operation at EWR by driving sales and delivering strong guest service.
• Nurture talent and lead a team, developing skills to build effective, thriving teams.
• Inspire others and act as a brand ambassador to achieve results through your team.
• Ensure Starbucks quality standards and property service standards are met.
• Supervise guest service delivery and measure performance against standards.
