Job summary

OTG, in partnership with Starbucks at EWR, seeks a Starbucks Manager to lead store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at the airport location.

You will drive sales, coach a diverse team, uphold Starbucks quality standards, and manage day-to-day store activities in a fast-paced travel hospitality environment. OTG offers strong compensation, data-enhanced incentives, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
• Minimum High School or GED
• Legal documentation establishing identity and work eligibility
• Ability to work full time (over 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Grow a successful, multi-million-dollar business by driving sales and using business acumen
• Nurture talent and lead a team, developing skills and strong teamwork
• Inspire others and act as a dynamic brand ambassador to achieve results
• Ensure Starbucks’ quality standards and OTG property service standards are met
• Supervise guest service delivery and measure performance against brand attributes

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year plus bonus eligibility
