Responsibilities

• Leads the restaurant during a shift.
• Understands and enforces Tailwind policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Collaborates with team to ensure service and operational efficiency.
• Fills in where needed to meet service standards.
• Maintains a hygienic and safe work environment at all times.
• Reports to work punctually and assists in emergencies per restaurant standards and Tailwind policies.
• Ensures equipment is maintained per restaurant safety and PM programs.
• Treats hourly staff and management with professionalism and respect.
