Job summary

Dufry Careers seeks a Bartender at our Baltimore airport location to greet customers, take drink and food orders, mix beverages, and serve beer and other drinks while ensuring high-quality service. Non-exempt role with potential growth, reporting to management as required.

Requirements include 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, strong cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Benefits include health and retirement options; compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in high-volume or fast casual dining environments.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their presentation.
• Ability to greet customers and upsell while maintaining service quality.
• Strong cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders for drinks and food.
• Follow recipes and product directions to mix beverages.
• Collect payments and operate cash registers per company policies.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Adhere to HMSHost alcohol awareness and cash handling procedures.
