Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using a laptop, point-of-sale system, and telephone.
• Ability to work a shift schedule and overtime when needed.
• Capacity to lift up to 70 kg (154 lbs) and move weights of 40–50 kg (88–110 lbs).
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality and support at ticket counters, baggage service offices, and gate areas.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, and luggage inquiries while operating point-of-sale machines.
• Process payments and issue tickets, vouchers, and coupons accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Assist passengers facing oversold, delayed, or cancelled flights and manage related complaints.
• Provide flight status, reservation, and general customer information promptly and professionally.
• Complete required forms, review processes, and file incident or grievance reports as needed.
• Maintain a properly-groomed appearance and adhere to Southwest’s uniform policy.
• Perform other duties assigned by management as required.
