Job summary

No experience is required and paid training is provided. The role offers full-time hours, weekly pay for hourly staff, PTO, healthcare, a 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding and baggage services.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state or customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure accessibility of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and complete work in a safe manner.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
