Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating forklifts, cargo tugs and tow tractors.
• Proficiency in English; strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to lift/move cargo up to 50–70 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and rotating shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global‑class service to customers and maintain safety.
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors.
• Handle loading/unloading and transport cargo/mail to/from aircraft.
• Work in a 20–40 hour weekly shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Be physically capable of repetitive bending, standing, and walking.
• Follow safety procedures and time constraints; use scanners/computers.
• Guard cargo against damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Prepare safe ground operations in congested areas.
• Assist with emergency procedures and safety protocols.
