Job summary

Pacific Aviation is seeking an Airline Account Manager to service client operations based out of SFO. The role requires managing airline accounts, coordinating passenger services at the airport terminal, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in passenger and baggage handling, 3+ years in airline supervisory roles, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in passenger and baggage handling service.
• 3+ years in airlines industry in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customer airline expectations and liaise with stakeholders.
• Direct and coordinate airline passenger service activities at the airport terminal.
• Ensure service levels align with SLAs and regulatory policies.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee payroll hours and reporting.
• Lead safety, quality and incident investigations as needed.
